Please read these terms carefully before using the ckr444 platform. By creating an account or placing a wager, you agree to be bound by the conditions set out below.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ckr444 ("ckr444", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ckr444 website located at https://ckr444.ws and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, crash games, fishing games, and promotional offers.
By registering an account on ckr444, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Each player may hold exactly one ckr444 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of funds.
BDT Transactions Only

Bonus Wagering Rules

Fraud & Collusion
Any form of fraud, cheating, collusion, or abuse of promotional systems will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through ckr444's internal dispute resolution process before any external escalation.
Eligibility & Account Registration
Who may open and operate a ckr444 account
- You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method details.
- Each individual may register only one account on the ckr444 platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited.
- You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by statute or regulation applicable to you personally.
- Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of ckr444 and its associated companies are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the platform.
- You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register, whether maintained by ckr444 or any third-party responsible gaming body, at the time of registration or at any subsequent time during which your account remains active.
- ckr444 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to close any account that was opened in breach of these eligibility conditions, including forfeiture of any balance held therein where fraud or misrepresentation is established.
Account Security & Responsibility
Keeping your ckr444 account safe
Password & Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ckr444 account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes delivered to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any third party. ckr444 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in is deemed to have been authorised by you.
Mobile Number & OTP
Your registered mobile number is a security anchor for your ckr444 account. You must keep your mobile number current and notify support immediately if your number changes or is compromised. ckr444 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your registered mobile number or OTP codes.
Unauthorised Access
If you suspect that your ckr444 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact support immediately at [email protected] so that your account can be temporarily suspended pending investigation. ckr444 will not be held liable for losses that occur before you report a suspected breach, provided that ckr444 has not itself been negligent in its security obligations.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Financial transactions on the ckr444 platform
All financial transactions on ckr444 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and internet banking with Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Card payments via Visa and Mastercard are also accepted subject to availability.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal thresholds and maximum single-transaction limits are published in the cashier section of the platform and are subject to change without prior notice. ckr444 does not charge platform fees on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions, though your payment provider may apply its own service charges.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. ckr444 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts, bank accounts in names other than the registered account holder, or cryptocurrency wallets. Any withdrawal request to a non-verified or mismatched payment method will be declined pending verification.
ckr444 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal and conduct additional identity verification if the platform has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these Terms and Conditions. Where such a review is initiated, ckr444 will notify the player and endeavour to complete the review within a reasonable time frame.
Bonuses & Promotions
Rules governing all ckr444 promotional offers
ckr444 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions timed to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus rules set out below and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
- All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion-specific terms.
- Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet. Real-money deposits remain in the cash wallet and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to any applicable minimum withdrawal threshold.
- ckr444 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device.
- Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including through multi-accounting, exploiting technical errors, or employing low-risk wagering strategies designed to satisfy requirements without genuine play — will have their bonus and any associated winnings voided, and their account may be suspended.
- Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the time frame specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account without compensation.
Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
Standards of conduct required of all ckr444 players
ckr444 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and secure gaming environment for all players on the platform. All casino games use certified random number generators. Sportsbook odds are determined independently and applied consistently to all settled bets. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ckr444 platform:
Prohibited Activities
Collusion between players; use of bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage; exploitation of software bugs or errors without reporting them to support; any form of money laundering or use of the platform to process proceeds of criminal activity; chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes; impersonating another player or ckr444 staff member; and providing false information during registration or verification. Any of the above will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Responsible Reporting
If you discover a technical error, pricing anomaly, or potential security vulnerability on the ckr444 platform, you are required to report it immediately to [email protected] rather than exploit it. ckr444 may reward responsible disclosure at its sole discretion. Any wagers or winnings derived from an exploited error are void and will be reversed.
Responsible Gaming Obligations
ckr444's commitment to player welfare
ckr444 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The platform provides deposit limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools as standard account features. Players are encouraged to set personal limits before beginning play. If you believe that gambling is having a negative impact on your finances, relationships, or mental health, you should activate the self-exclusion feature or contact support immediately to request a temporary or permanent account closure.
The ckr444 platform is intended solely for recreational entertainment. It is not a financial product, investment vehicle, or means of generating income. ckr444 does not encourage players to wager beyond their personal means, and will not accept deposits that appear to be funded through borrowing or financial distress.
Players who self-exclude from ckr444 will not be solicited with promotional materials for the duration of their exclusion period. Limitation of Liability
Extent of ckr444's legal responsibility to players
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ckr444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of profit, even if ckr444 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
ckr444 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows, server outages, and events of force majeure — including natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, power failures, and failures of third-party payment infrastructure — may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. ckr444 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.
In the event of a manifest pricing or payout error on the sportsbook, ckr444 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. This applies regardless of whether bets were placed before or after the error was identified, provided that the published odds were clearly inconsistent with a fair market price.
ckr444's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to the platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Privacy & Data Use

ckr444 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By using the ckr444 platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Amendments, Suspension & Termination
Changes to this Agreement and account closure
- ckr444 may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform following publication constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
- ckr444 may suspend or terminate any player account immediately and without notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity or security of the platform.
- Players may close their ckr444 account voluntarily at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures and completion of any pending identity verification.
- Upon termination or closure of an account for any reason, all unused bonus credits, free spins, and promotional entitlements are immediately forfeited without compensation.
- Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination — including without limitation sections relating to fraud, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall remain in force after account closure.
